R E _ K I N  is a Boston-based visual magazine

DARYL christopher_ART DIRECTOR

The open flow design of R E _ K I N magazine hopes to reinforce the publication’s philosophy that “we have what we need.” Daryl has an MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design, and has taught graphic design at MassArt, Northeastern University, RISD, and the College of Art + Design at Lesley University in Boston. He takes inspiration from author Grenville Kleiser—“Nothing touches the soul but leaves its impress, and thus, little by little, we are fashioned into the image of all we have seen and heard, known and meditated; and if we learn to live with all that is fairest and purest and best, the love of it all will in the end become our very life.”

DAVID JOSEPH_CREATIVE DIRECTOR

David leads as our Creative Director. He has a great love and capacity for learning—integrating many important aspects to almost any project. He thinks with his mind and heart and works well with his hands. Some of his enjoyments include writing, drawing, painting, and cooking. His passion for families and success is shown in the work that he engages in. “One may have a great idea but for it to truly be great collaboration must be presented.”
